Receiving An Order

Receiving a cabinet order, flat pack or assembled, is much different than receiving a package from online shopping. Check out our reminders and tips below to make receiving your next order as easy as possible!

Reminders

  • Shipped orders are wrapped, strapped and palletized for easy and safe transportation.
  • For framed cabinet flat pack and all assembled orders, each cabinet will have one corresponding box. Any trims, mouldings or fillers, will be in a long trim box.
  • For frameless cabinet flat pack orders, multiple boxes will make up one cabinet, making for an increased number of boxes to receive. The packing list will note each item and the components it’s made of.
  • All orders are shipped via LTL freight carriers. Small items may be shipped via UPS at US Cabinet Depot’s discretion.

  • Thoroughly inspect the cabinets for damages or missing items. *Be sure to notate on the Bill of Lading if there are any visible damages, missing items, etc.
  • Sign off on the delivery of the shipment.
